This fee includes your initial assessment with our nurses and the first consultation with Dr. Purity. The initial Menopause Assessment lasts for 30 minutes and involves registering you as a new patient, taking your medical history, and discussing your medications and social history. For follow-up appointments, the cost is $150. This fee applies only to your review consultation with Dr Fiona Chua. She will assess your symptoms at 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months after starting HRT. If applicable, to qualify for a Medicare rebate through a medical centre, one of the doctors in that centre needs to have seen you face-to-face within the last 12 months.
